My Challenge

I have a friend who has made an amazing transformation from the inside out.... and I'm totally convinced I want to FINALLY take control of my health and physical appearance too. I will be starting the beachbody challenge with P90X and Shakeology. I'm so excited that I have decided to become a coach during this challenge, not only to help others but to have people on my team to keep me held accountable and to have a support team for each other.  I know I just started my journey but I'm THAT confident in BeachBody, myself, and my support team that WE CAN DO IT!!!
